Delamere offers accommodation to 1 child, who suffers with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) between the ages of 8-17.

Delamere and the Local Area:
The home is in a good area, in close proximity to Southport town centre and lots of local amenities and transport links. The home has two lounge areas, a kitchen with breakfast bar and downstairs toilet to the lower floor. Upstairs consists of a main bathroom and two bedrooms – one for the child in residence and the other for staff. The loft area has also been converted to another bedroom for staff, which operates as the office too and has an en-suite.
