Jane began her career in healthcare as a Care Assistant at the age of 16, qualifying as a nurse in 2003. She gained extensive clinical experience in both hospital and community settings, working in spinal injuries and district nursing before progressing into leadership roles.

In 2012, Jane founded Holistic Care Service Nationwide Ltd, a CQC-registered domiciliary care organisation, where she served as both Registered Manager and Responsible Individual. Building on this foundation, Jane expanded into children’s residential services in 2019, driven by a passion to create safe, stable, and nurturing environments for vulnerable children and young people.
